How to Read an AI Business Valuation

Published on September 1, 2026

An AI valuation is only as useful as your ability to interpret it. Start with the recommended value and range, then read the confidence score as a statement about data quality — not a guarantee.

Methodology notes explain which approaches drove the result (DCF, market multiples, asset-based). When those diverge widely, dig into the assumptions before you negotiate.

Finally, treat key drivers and risks as a diligence agenda. The model surfaces hypotheses; your job is to confirm or refute them with documents and conversations.
